This building is located in the green suburbs of Kirkstall and houses 110 students in shared flats for 5 people (postgrad and undergrad flats available). The second half of the building is occupied by students with families who are allocated by Leeds University. A variety of room sizes and prices are available to choose. 

Grayson Height is just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Headingley where you can find a great variety of independent shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and transport link to the city centre . This building is perfect for those who like a bit of quiet, yet enjoy sharing with other students in a community location.

The undergraduate and postgraduate shared flats provide a good sized study rooms plus a separate kitchen, large lounge for relaxing in, and 2 bathrooms. 

There are good transport links to the city centre and universities: Headingley train station is just 5 minute walk making it an ideal development for those studying at Leeds Trinity University in Horsforth (only 1 stop away) or any of the institutions in the city centre. It is about 30 minute walk to Leeds University and 20 minutes to Leeds Beckett Headingley campus.
