This offer is available to any students who sign a new contract to live in a shared Unipol property with a tenancy starting between 01 July 2025 & 30 September 2025 and meet the following criteria:

• Have completed a tenancy agreement with Unipol between 00:00 on 25/11/2024 and 23:59 on 06/12/2024
• Entered the promotional code 'UP100' during the contract signing process
• Not owe any money to Unipol Student Homes

This offer cannot be use in conjunction with any other offers and is not available to any family accommodation. The Amazon voucher will be sent to the email address provided during the account signing process within 2 weeks of the contract being validated by Unipol. £200 cashback offer
These terms are for a £200 cashback offer. It is available to tenants currently living in selected Unipol properties and who sign a new contract to live in any Unipol property during the 2025/26 academic year. 

Tenants living in the following properties are eligible for the offer:

• Sandhills
• Cotton House 
• Carlton Hill 
• Mill Street 
• Oak House
• The Student Hideout

The £200 will be credited within one month of the first instalment of rent being paid on the 2025/26 contract, or within one month of the tenancy starting of all rent has been paid in full. The credit will be paid to a nominated UK bank account. The amount will only be applied if the tenant is in residence, is not in debt and has supplied valid bank details for the transfer. They must also enter the promotional code CASHBACK24 when making a booking.

The offer is limited to the first 250 tenants from Leeds and 100 tenants from Nottingham re-signing for an applicable property in Leeds or Nottingham.

The offer to Leeds students will close on midday on 31st December 2024. Closing means an application for accommodation must have been made by these deadlines with the application being fully signed off within

Unipol Tenant Prize draw
This is open tenants currently living in selected Unipol properties and who sign a new contract to live in any Unipol property during the 2025/26 academic year. Entries will be entered into a prize draw to win a 15" MacBook Air or one of three AirPods.  

Tenants eligible for the prize draw must:

• Live in a house or flat which does not have a reception, or Grayson Heights
• Have signed for new tenancy agreement with a start date between 01/07/2025 and 30/09/2025
• Have fully completed the tenancy agreement signing process for a Unipol property by 31st December 2024 
• Not live in or be moving into Unipol Family accommodation
• Not be in arrears to Unipol at the time of the draw.

The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 06/01/2025. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 14 days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond to the Unipol within 14 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Unipol will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

Unipol reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Grayson Heights Refer a Friend Offer [Expired]
This offer is open to tenants of Grayson Heights with an active tenancy for the 2023/24 academic year or a reserved tenancy for the 2024/25 academic year who refer a new tenant to live in the development for the 2024/25 academic year. To be eligible the new tenant must complete signing of a new contract for the 2024/25 academic year before 31/10/24 and they must enter the promotional code RAFGRAYSON2024 when making a booking. For the existing tenant to be eligible they must not be in arears to Unipol. If these conditions are met then each party will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher via email once the referred tenant contract has been completed.

£200 Cashback September Offer [Expired]
This offer is available to new tenants as well as those currently living in a Unipol property, or students who have previously lived in a Unipol property, and sign a new contract to live in applicable Unipol properties from September 2024 for the 2024/25 academic year.

Applicable properties are:

The cashback amount will be transferred to the tenants through a nominated UK bank account which will be subject to money laundering checks.

To qualify the tenant must:

• Signed a tenancy agreement between 06/08/2024 and 31/08/2024 for a tenancy starting on or before 1st September 2024 which is at least 42 weeks in length.

The Student Hideout £400 Cashback Offer [expired]
This offer is available to new and existing tenants who sign a contract to live in The Student Hideout during the 2024/25 academic year. Promotional code of SH24400 must be used when making the booking and a tenancy contract must be signed and validated by Unipol between 23/05/2024 and 01/09/2024.

The £400 cashback will be credited in two equal instalments by transfer to a UK bank account after the tenant has moved into the property, The first £200 will be paid after the first rent instalment is received by Unipol with the second £200 paid after the second rent instalment is received. Tenants will not receive the cashback if they are in arrears to Unipol.

The offer is not available to tenants referred to Unipol via any agency service.
