All gas appliances are tested annually and electric condition reports are carried out 5 yearly. Further guidance on electrical safety is provided by Unipol.

Unipol take fire safety very seriously and all our properties are fully checked and tested regularly. There are also steps you can take to keep your property fire safe.

E-Scooters and E-bikes are not permitted to be kept at any Unipol property.
