- How to Pay Unipol
The preferred payment method for rent is via Direct Debit in accordance with the payment dates on your tenancy agreement. You will be given the opportunity to set up the direct debit during the online sign up process. Should you need to amend your direct debit details, please contact the Finance team.
If you are an international student who plans to open a bank account on your arrival in the UK, you can set up your instalment plan once you have received your new bank details. If this will mean a delay to your rent payments, please let the finance team know as soon as possible.
It is possible to set up automatic payments from a credit/debit card. We do not accept American Express. If you wish to pay using this method, please contact the finance department who can help set this up.
If you cannot set up an automatic payment, payments can also be made by Credit/Debit card via your online StarRez portal or via our payment page on the website on or before the date the rent is due.
We do not accept cash payments or bank transfers directly into our bank account.
Unipol must adhere to banking regulations in relation to transactions with certain countries/regions. Consequently we may not accept payments from countries listed on schedule 3ZA published by Financial Action Task Force.
For your safety:
These can be made via the Unipol.org.uk website
