Most Unipol owned properties come with an internet service included in the rent which is supplied by three partner companies (ASK4, Optify and Glide). below you will find information on how to get support if you have a problem with your internet service but they are unable to resolve a problem to your satisfaction you can escalate the problem to Unipol Housing on 0113 243 0169.

Most ASK4 sites have a choice of both wired and wireless connections. All tenants receive free of charge package with a download speed of up to 200Mb/s (wired) 100Mb/s (wireless). Tenants can connect 8 devices via the wired or Wi-Fi network and have the option to use more for a small fee.

You can raise a support request by logging into your tenant portal and there is also a Support website to help setup your services and troubleshoot any problems you may have. There is also an app available to help manage the ASK4 service, search for “ASK4 Support” in the App Store or Google Play.

Wifinity service speeds differ depending on where your property is located though tenants in Doris Birdsall can get 30Mb/s. Most Optify properties only offer a wireless service.

If your property has Optify WIFI access, you will have information in your property telling you how to connect, and they have a Tenant Portal where you can find out more information about their services.

* Wifinity services may show as 'Optify' which was a previous brand they used.

Glide provide a wireless only service with expected speeds starting at 50Mbps when on the full service. In Dyers court the number of devices which can be connected is limited to 5.
