Building receptions are only open limited times to receive parcels.
Unipol do not accept parcels outside of reception opening and will take no responsibility for parcels left unattended in the building by delivery personnel.
If you order parcels to be delivered to the building, this is done at your own risk and in the knowledge that it may arrive when there are no staff available to receive it.
Food deliveries will not be accepted or anything perishable.
Staff will scan the barcode and log it on our system and you will receive a notification when it is ready to collect. It is not possible to issue parcels outside of reception hours.

We advise that you will find it more convenient, flexible and secure to use a nearby local parcel locker or shop when ordering your items.

Mail will be delivered directly to your letter box. If a parcel is too big for the letter box, the delivery company or Royal Mail will usually leave a calling slip so you can re-arrange deliver or collect from a different location
