What is Tenancy Support?
At Unipol, we recognise the importance of providing safe, comfortable and affordable student housing that meets or exceeds Code standards.
Yes, the physical condition of your building is important, but it’s also equally important that you’re able to live in a peaceful and harmonious environment while studying.
The role of your Tenancy Support and Wellbeing Team is to ensure that all students have that opportunity.
Who is Tenancy Support for?
Tenancy Support is available to any tenant who may be feeling worried or uncomfortable. This can relate to your accommodation, your co-tenants, or local community issues. It can also relate to your wellbeing, mental health or physical health. In fact, anything that is causing a worry or concern!

The Tenancy Support and Wellbeing Coordinator can be contacted, in confidence, to discuss any concerns you may have personally, or in regards to a friend or cotenant. You can contact us via phone or email and we will be there to support you.
