Special arrival information

Carlton Hill is a large building housing 604 students who will be attending the University of Leeds, but the car park has very limited space. So, it is important that we stagger the number of tenants moving into the property.

It is not possible for everyone to move in on the same day just before the start of your course, so please consider carefully when you will be able to make the journey and move into your room.

Every tenant must book a key collection appointment. Unipol will email every new tenant a link to a booking system so you can book a timeslot to collect keys and move in to your new property.

Please bring a form of identification with you when you come to collect your key.

If you are travelling a long distance, please allow extra time for your journey, so you can collect your keys during your pre-booked time slot.

Parking

Due to being so close to the city centre, there is very limited parking. However, there is some street parking nearby and also a car park across the road:

Carlton Hill is located just across the road from Leeds University campus and only a short walk from the city centre. The best location to enter on a Sat Nav is LS7 1EA. This will take you directly to Carlton Hill where staff members will be waiting to welcome you.
