Cotton House is a large building housing 273 Undergraduate students, however, it has no car parking space. So it is important that we stagger the number of tenants moving into the property at one time. This will also ensure your moving in experience is a positive one.
It is not possible for everyone to move in on the same day just before the start of your course, so please consider carefully when you will be able to make the journey and move into your room.
Every tenant must book a key collection appointment. Unipol will email every new tenant a link to a booking system so you can book a timeslot to collect keys and move in to your new property.
Please bring a form of identification with you when you come to collect your key.
Check out the Unipol website for more information about what facilities are supplied in your accommodation and what you need to bring with you.
If you are travelling a long distance, please allow extra time for your journey, so you can collect your keys during your pre-booked time slot.
Parking
Due to its prime city centre location, the building does not have its own car park. However, there are a number of car parks very close to Cotton House, including:
Garfield Road Parking. Postcode NG7 3BD
215 Denman Street Central Parking. Postcode NG7 3PS
Using a Sat Nav?
Cotton House is located just off Radford Boulevard, and the best location to enter is NG7 3BR which should take you right to the building. It is a beautiful historic building so should be easy to spot when you are nearby!
Major bus routes are right on its doorstep, and both the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University are less than 30 minutes’ walk away.
As you move in, understanding what to do in the event of a fire is important.
Fire notices explaining what to do in the event of a fire are displayed clearly throughout the building.
