Special arrangements 

Grayson Heights is a large development housing 110 student in shared flats for 5 people (postgraduate and undergraduate flats). The second half is occupied by students with families who are allocated by Leeds University.

You will collect your keys on site at the start of your tenancy, where there will be a member of the Unipol team there to welcome you.

Please bring a form of identification with you when you come to collect your key.

Parking

There are limited parking permits available at Grayson Heights so please contact the Housing Manager as soon as possible if you would like a space.

There is also a lot of off-street parking surrounding Grayson Heights due to its location.

 Using a Sat Nav?

Grayson Heights is located in Kirkstall in a popular area for families and Postgraduate students due to its peaceful surroundings. The best location to enter is LS4 2UA and this will take you straight to the entrance/car park of Grayson Heights.

There are good transport links to and from the City Centre and Universities if you won’t be travelling by car: Headingley Train Station is close by and there are also plenty of bus stops just a few minute walk from the property.
