The Reception is not open 24 hours so it is important to read the moving in information carefully and time your arrival for when you can collect your key.
Booking your arrival
Every tenant must book a key collection appointment. Unipol will email every new tenant a link to a booking system so you can book a timeslot to collect keys and move in to your new property.
Please bring a form of identification with you when you come to collect your key
Check out the Unipol website for more information about what facilities are supplied in your accommodation and what you need to bring with you.
