Unipol mainly offer individual contracts for specific rooms or agreements for self contained accommodation where you rent the whole property.
If you are renting as a friendship group, you will be required to all complete the process online before the process is completed in full.
What will Unipol need for the booking?
We require the following for a booking to sign
Full name of every tenants
Email address of every tenant
Mobile phone number of every tenant
The bedroom room each member will have, as you are sent a contract for the exact room number (check out the floorplan on the advert)
Confirm if you have lived with Unipol previously, as you will already have an account which you will need to use again.
How long does it take ?
You should allow at least 30 - 40 minutes for the process of signing the contract online.
You will be asked to sent up an account on our system
You will enter you personal details
You will be taken through a step by step process on how to complete the Tenancy Agreement and you have plenty of chance to ask our staff any questions you may have.
You will need your bank account details to set up the deposit amount payment which will be processed at the time of signing
You will get a Tenants Handbook, information on the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and information on 'How to rent in England and Wales'
