New to the City?
Unipol understand what it is like coming to a new city, not knowing where you will be living or who you will be living with. Plenty of postgraduate, mature and overseas students want to experience living in a house-share in the city and make new friends who are in a similar position to themselves. Some postgraduates stay on in the accommodation for a further term and this often means we have suitable houses with rooms to spare.
Unipol let individual rooms in shared houses throughout the city to postgraduate students. When we are placing postgraduates, we try to put them in an exclusively postgraduate household.
We have some properties which are ideal for postgraduates or international students. They are generally quieter buildings, in convenient locations, not far from the place of study. The bills and WiFi are sorted out by Unipol.
Planning to live alone?
Unipol has a number of bedsits in several different types of buildings, so there is plenty of choice if you want to live alone. All our bedsits have self-contained sleeping and living areas and you always have your own kitchen with up-to-date equipment and facilities. Normally, the only things you share with the other residents are the main bathrooms and additional toilets. These are cleaned regularly by our cleaning contractors.
If you are coming with a partner or can stretch to a fully self-contained one-bed flat (usually approximately £500+ per month), we have some good-sized flats in a range of popular areas within easy reach of the two main universities.
