Special arrangements for moving in

Alexander Court is a city centre located development, accommodating Undergraduate and Postgraduate students at from a number of Universities in Leeds. 

Every tenant must book a key collection appointment.

You will receive a personal email with a link to a booking system so you can book a timeslot to collect keys and move in to your new property.

Key collection is from Unipol, 155/157 Woodhouse Lane, Leeds, LS2 3ED

Please bring a photo form of identification  when you come to collect a key.

If you are travelling a long distance, please allow extra time for your journey, so you can collect your keys during your pre-booked time slot.

Parking

Due to its prime city centre location, unfortunately parking can be quite difficult to find around Alexander Court. Down Alexander Street, just next to the building, there are a limited number of Leeds City Council parking bays you can use whilst unpacking your belongings. There are other car parks nearby, if all of the Alexander St bay are full:

Using a Sat Nav?

Alexander Court is just by Millennium Square which is in the centre of Leeds. The best location to enter on a SatNav is Alexander Street, Leeds, LS1 3AF. You will find an alleyway which you should drive down to take you to the back of the building. It is gated access that you will need to use your fob for to gain access. There is a car park area once the gates open but this does not belong to Unipol and you are not permitted to use it.
