New York Street, LS2 7DT

New York Street Buildings is a large building located in the city centre. Due to its location and having limited parking close by, it is not possible for everyone to move in on the same day.

Every tenant must book a key collection appointment. Unipol will email every new tenant a link to a booking system so you can book a timeslot to collect keys and move in to your new property. 

Key collection is from Unipol 155/157 Woodhouse Lane, Leeds, LS2 3ED

Please bring a photo form of identification with you when you come to collect your key.

If you are travelling a long distance, please allow extra time for your journey, so you can collect your keys during your pre-booked time slot.

Parking

Due to its prime city centre location, the building does not have its own car park. However, there a loading bays down New York Street and also a car park a 2 minute walk away:

Using a Sat Nav?

New York Street is a busy street between the main shopping area of the city centre, and the bus station. This is mainly a one way area so it is sometimes difficult to navigate around. The best location to enter on a Sat Nav is LS2 7DT. You can then continue driving around one minute, and this will take you to the NCP car park, should you need to park there.

Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre and Victoria Gate are a short walk away for all of your shopping needs, and just across the road is Call Lane – known for its popular bars and live music.
